Very thorough deep tissue massage. I've had hand and back pain for several years now and had just started doing self massage for trigger points when I went to Tiya. She immediately found places I never knew were tight! It's early to tell if my pain will be fixed, but I'm a little less tight each visit.

I would loved to give Tiyas a hundred stars if possible! She is simply incredible. She knows exactly what to work on and she does it with the intent to heal you! I am so grateful for her.

I cannot recommend Tiya's Touch enough. My family, friends and I have been seeing Tiya for more than 10 years and she is always able to get to the root of the problem. Her intuitive skills in diagnosing and resolving issues are truly amazing.
